1. Shipping Locations

1.1 Domestic Shipping (UAE)
We offer  delivery within the United Arab Emirates. We deliver to all major cities and towns including but not limited to:

  • Abu Dhabi
  • Dubai

Please specify the rest of the emirates when ordering.

1.2 International Shipping
Currently, we do not offer international shipping. However, we hope to expand our services to other countries in the future.

2. Delivery Methods and Charges

2.1 Standard Delivery

  • We offer standard delivery services for all orders within the UAE.
  • Delivery charges vary based on the delivery location and order size. The final delivery fee will be calculated during checkout.               

2.2 Free Delivery

  • We offer free delivery for orders over 5000 AED within specific areas. Free delivery is not applicable for express or next-day deliveries. 

3. Delivery Times

3.1 Standard Delivery

  • Orders can be placed any time but we will accept order in the store's operating mode.

3.2 Weekend and Holiday Deliveries

  • For deliveries on special occasions (e.g., Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day,8th of March), please place your orders at least 2-3 days in advance.

          

4. Delivery Problems or Issues

4.1 Missing or Delayed Deliveries
If your order has not arrived on the scheduled date or is delayed, please contact us immediately at ishumilova2517i@gmail.com . We will investigate the issue and make every effort to resolve it.

4.2 Unsuccessful Delivery
If a delivery is unsuccessful due to no one being available to receive the order, a second delivery attempt may be arranged for an additional fee. Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address during the expected delivery window.
