Thank you for shopping with JERINNA UAE. We strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, please review our Return and Refund Policy below.

1. Returns

1.1 General Return Policy
We do not accept any returns on Flowers.

1.2 Damaged or Defective Products
If your product is damaged or defective upon arrival, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with the following information:

  • Order number
  • Description and photo of the damaged or defective item

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

We will process your return or replacement once we have reviewed the issue.

1.3 Non-returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable:

  • Fresh flower bouquets and arrangements (unless damaged or defective)
  • Custom orders or specially designed products
  • Seasonal items (e.g., holiday-themed arrangements)

1.4 Exchange Policy
We do not offer exchanges. If you would like to receive a different product, please follow the return process and place a new order.

 

2. Refunds

Delivery charges are not refundable  

2.1 Only Partial Refunds 10% to 50% from the product.

In some cases, a partial refund may be issued for the following:

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item returned after the allowed 1-day return period.

3. How to Initiate a Return or Refund

To initiate a return or refund, please contact our customer service team at ishumilova2517i@gmail.com with the following information:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue (e.g., damaged, defective, incorrect item)
  • Photos of the item(s) (required)

Our customer service team will guide you through the next steps.

4. Cancellation Policy

4.1 Order Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order, please notify us within 24 hours of placing the order. We will process the cancellation and issue a full refund. 

After 24 hours, cancellations will be subject to a 10% processing fee due to the perishable nature of our products.

4.2 Late Cancellations

If your order has already been processed or shipped, we are unable to cancel it. Please refer to our return policy for assistance in case of issues upon delivery.
