How far in advance should I order a bouquet? A: We recommend ordering at least 1 day in advance for standard bouquets and 1-2 days for custom arrangements. Do you offer same-day delivery? A: Same-day delivery is available for select bouquets. Please contact us early to confirm availability.

Returns 1.1 General Return Policy We do not accept any returns on Flowers. 1.2 Damaged or Defective Products If your product is damaged or defective upon arrival, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with the following information: Order number Description and photo of the damaged or defective item Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We will process your return or replacement once we have reviewed the issue. 1.3 Non-returnable Items The following items are non-returnable: Fresh flower bouquets and arrangements (unless damaged or defective) Custom orders or specially designed products Seasonal items (e.g., holiday-themed arrangements) 1.4 Exchange Policy We do not offer exchanges. If you would like to receive a different product, please follow the return process and place a new order.
